Kathryn is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a BBA in Business Marketing. She started her
career in real estate in multi-family property management. After working directly alongside the
owner of a large investment firm, she knew her passion for real estate was destiny! She has many
years of experience evaluating single family homes and multi-family properties. Kathryn’s
background in performing due diligence for extremely large projects allows her evaluate any deal,
big or small. Kathryn sets herself apart from others because she truly cares about helping people.
She loves working with buyers, sellers, and other investors. In her spare time, she enjoys spending
time outdoors with her family, husband Andrew, son James, and their chocolate lab Chimy. On a
nice day, you can find Kathryn hiking the trails around the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex!
